Ok, so basically, this cartoon is titled Big Guys Vs Small Guys. I think that this cartoon is relevant to the Market Structure of Lecture Series #11-12 on the topic of Oligopoly.
As seen from the picture, there are two big bulky and muscular guys on the left, and many small, bony, thin, and rather insignificant people on the right. The big guys and the small guys are both pulling what seems to be a Monopoly Board. However, it can be seen that despite all the small people pulling the board in unity, the big guys still have the majority of the board (more than half). I believe that the Monopoly board can be compared to the Market Power. As such, it shows that the two big guys have a large market power, and the small guys have little market power.
In a nutshell, this shows oligopoly as it shows a situation which there are few dominant sellers (as shown by the two big people on the left).
